- Financial data you enter: income, expenses, debts, assets, goals
- Documents you choose to upload (e.g. bank statements)
- Basic usage data needed to operate and improve the service
2. How your data is stored
Your data is stored in a secure, encrypted database operated on our behalf by Supabase. Data is encrypted both in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is restricted to authorized systems acting on your account.
3. We never sell your data
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or financial data to any third party. Limited service providers (such as our hosting, database, and payment processors) only access the data strictly required to operate the service.
4. Deleting your account and data
You can request deletion of your account and all associated personal and financial data at any time by emailing support@wealthguruai.com. We will process deletion requests promptly.
5. Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA)
WealthGuruAI is operated from Canada and governed by the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal information.
6. Your Document Data
Documents you upload are stored encrypted using AES-256 encryption. Your documents are never used to train AI models. Documents are used solely to provide you with financial analysis and coaching. You may request deletion of your documents at any time by contacting hello@wealthguruai.com.
